Hey There

I am Angela, I am just a normal person, who like many of you, has struggled in life.  I have lived with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and felt so lonely that it is hard to put into words.

For a period, staying in bed all day, crying constantly and binge eating were a normal day for me.  With with weight of the world on my shoulders and no support system, I was plunged into depression and loneliness.  Although in many ways I was a victim, it didn't serve me well to play the victim, or live with a victim mentality.  Playing the victim allowed me to blame everyone else for the way I was feeling, I was giving my power away to others and letting them decide how I would feel.  I was only a victim because I allowed myself to be a victim!  I allowed someone else to control my thoughts and emotions!

My big realization was, I can't control others and they can't control me, at least not without my permission.  The day that I finally believed that to be true, something shifted in me, and I decided that would regain control of my own life and take responsibility.  I allowed someone else to control my thoughts and emotions for too long!  NO MORE, things had to change.

​

It hasn't been an easy journey and there have certainly been bumps along the way, but today I am in a much better place, I have taken responsibility for my future and I feel strong and empowered.

​

It is my struggles and my personal growth that led my to becoming a life coach.  It hurts me to think of all the years that I wasted STUCK and unable to see a future.  Life is short, and each day is so precious, that I had to do something to help others who may be feeling the way I was back then.  All I wanted and needed was for someone to listen to me, understand me and actually care.  I promise that I will be that person for YOU.

You don't need anyone to tell you what to do.  You don't need to delve back into the past.  You need help and guidance to allow YOU to see YOUR future.  You need someone to truly listen to you and truly understand you.
